Client Experience Officer
Part time
STATUS - OPEN
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the everyday smooth running of the practice with the majority of the time being spent focusing on client interaction and ensuring their experience is both positive and memorable.
This position will provide you opportunities to work across 3 key areas:
- Front Desk: Coordinating client appointments, processing accounts, management of general enquiries, triaging referrals, and managing incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence
- Practice Presentation: Taking pride in the little things that make our clients and team feel welcomed and valued
- Professional Engagement: Liaising with compensable agents, suppliers and referrers to ensure the best outcomes for our clients

Experience in a similar role within a medical or allied health clinic setting is highly desirable.
