Doing the little things comes naturally to us, which is why you can expect communication from your practitioner via a phone call or email, after your initial assessment and a letter back to your health care team outlining assessment findings and treatment approach without you having to ask.
- We will call a family member to talk through your treatment plan if you are elderly or are having difficulty understanding the assessment findings or plan and will do this without you feeling it is a burden.
- Your insurance claims will be followed up by our client experience team for you if you have a Workcover or TAC claim as well as funding needs if you are NDIS plan managed. You are going through enough with your injury or condition, it is pleasure to remove this burden for you and allow you to focus on your recovery.
- We will ensure that there is a letter back to you GP to support any assistive aids and devices or referral to a partner service promptly to keep your progress on track.
- We will always find an appointment for you, even if that means a practitioner moves a lunch break around or comes in a little earlier than planned.

- To achieve the best outcomes, a comprehensive assessment and management plan that demonstrates how you will achieve your outcome is provided at your assessment. Your plan may be verbally explained or written down and will be referred to along each stage of your health journey.
- Your allied health professional will be matched according to your health needs and extra consideration and planning will be in place from our triage team if we receive a referral before your appointment to also consider additional factors that may help us find the best fit for you.
- Our commitment to a collaborative care approach between our clinical disciplines ensuring that diagnostics, hands on treatment and exercise rehabilitation are always provided by the best with a well-rounded approach.
We find a better way

If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, we will find alternative time throughout the course of the day, the next day, or the same day through telehealth.
- If your regular practitioner is absent from the practice, we will ensure that a detailed handover is provided to well suited practitioner so that your appointment can continue as planned.
- If your private health or sessions being funded under Workcover or TAC are exhausted, we can discuss options to access other services that may attract a Medicare rebate or that may have government funding to best support your recovery.
- We will ensure that gym memberships are offered for our compensable clients to best support your recovery and transition towards self-management for the best long-term outcomes
- For those that cannot physically attend the practice, our online shop provides a great opportunity to secure at home exercise and rehabilitation products to support you in your health.
- If there are technical issues with accessing reminders, we will be forward thinking and ensure that we have a solution in place so that you never miss an appointment.
