Best implemented for upper body strengthening for the arms, shoulders, upper back and chest, these bands are a great addition to any home gym.
The scientific principles of progressive overload allows you to gradually increase the challenge exerted on your body by following the increasing resistances of yellow, red and finally green.
Cut to 1.5 metre lengths, they are easily looped around door handles, banisters or railing, they are an ideal option for the home gym or rehabilitation setting.
The light therabands are recommended for beginners who are either new to exercising, in early stages of rehabilitation, or are recommencing exercising after a period of inactivity.
The Theraband Multi Pack Beginner comes with three different coloured bands. The bands increase in strength with yellow having the lightest tension, followed by red and then green.
Allowing for those who are further along in their rehabilitation pathway, looking for the added challenge or who are more experienced, the Theraband Multi Pack Advanced comes with two resistances. The Blue resistance Theraband is the next progression in line after the Green band from the Beginner pack and is ideally suited for lower limb rehabilitation of the knee, ankle or hip. As your strength and capacity improves, progressing onto the heaviest, Black band, will allow you to continue to enhance your strength and functional outcomes.
